Hacona I Series Industrial Impulse Bag Sealer

The I–model industrial sealing machine is designed for heavy duty
applications. Do to the very high closing pressure of the sealing bars a
perfect sealing quality can be achieved. The industrial sealing width is
8 mm. The sealing bars close pneumaticly and assure a constant pressure
over the complete sealing length.
Air tight sealing guaranteed! – Bags with a very dusty and dirty inside surface,
Bags where the sealing area is wrinkled,
Gusseted bags..
The I–model industrial sealing machine is a revolutionary new concept. The
basic model can be equiped with 5 different sizes of sealing bars. If a bigger size of bag needs to be sealed it is not necessery to buy a new
machine, just change the sealing bars within 2 minutes to a wider size.
A further advantage is that if sealing bar elements need to be replaced, then
simply install a new set of sealing bars within 2 minutes and the maintenance of the used sealing bar can be carried out easily without stopping your packing process!
