Automatic shrink wrapper with 90° feeding belt

WRAPPING METHOD AND MATERIAL
Double reel with polyethylene film - flat leaf (LDPE)

• Shrink wrapper with 90° motorized feeding belt
• Suitable to be integrated in fully automatic lines where it's necessary to create packs composed by multi-rows and/or multi-layers
• Possibility to achieve total closure of the pack by film overlapping
• Besides the monoblock version, it's possible to supply wrapping unit and separate shrink tunnel

For all the above machines various versions are available, depending on different product dimensions and higher production speeds

Standard equipment:

• In-feed conveyor with adjustable speed controlled by inverter
• Product gate separation system
• Automatic pack collation controlled by PLC
• Motorized upper and lower film unwinding
• Sealing station
• Hold down press for product stabilisation during wrapping phase
• Fast cooling sealing
• Shrink tunnel with mesh conveyor belt with adjustable speed controlled by inverter
• Pack cooling fan at the outlet

Optional:

• Electronic version (electronic pack pusher operated by servo drive) for high speed production, up to 25 packs/min
• Duplex version (double pusher and double motorized upper and lower film unwinding)
• Automatic flat pad insertion device
• Multi-lanes infeed
• Stacker device
• Tamping rollers at the outlet
• Additional film holders (motorized or not)
